Have you had success with remote CTO or CMO?“The biggest challenge with on-premise cofounder is it restricts you from finding the best match as you have put a location constraint on yourself. Especially when you are looking for a CTO with the right technical skills, business thinking and a belief in your vision can take up a lot of time and cost.”Any developers here with AI and Machine Learning experience?“I think you should start with understanding whether they have the right understanding and problem-solving skills before testing their AI/ML skills. Once you are sure they have enough understanding of how to articulate and structure a problem you can look at their past projects and the level of complexity they can handle - although to do that here you might need someone who is an expert in AI/ML. Hope this helps”
