About

20 Years + Tech Expert turned Mindset Coach, Problem solver, and Idea Guy.
Not just ideas but Visions.

Lots of experience in Digital Video.

Not a Programmer.

"Ghetto Engineer" out of the box thinking for all solutions.

Funny guy who believes we can all evolve to better versions of ourselves.

What some people have said:

"Omar if a freaking genius, I don't even want to know whats going on in his brain" H.K. CEO of 1200 staff training company

"I love Brain Sparring with you, brainstorming is so boring and unproductive now" D.S. CEO of Recruitment Startup

"The solution was so simple, right there in front of us, we're all going crazy for weeks and you just come in and…

What Omar is building

The idea

The Evolution of Personal Health. VivaShift is an online platform providing interactive live video classes covering both mental and physical health.

We don't believe "one size fits all", and so we help people asses their own health (with the help of AI) and help them discover classes to try. "Find what works for you" is how we think!

I have a landing page set up with more information about the project so far: vivashift.com/

Right now we are beginning the development of MVP while also finishing off some research and assessment.

There is a lot to be discussed, thought about, planned etc... And I open to all ideas, thoughts, modifications... we can pivot as and when we need!

As a co-founder, what apps can't you live without?“Just to provide some alternatives here: 1. **Discord** *instead of slack* It was originally developed for gamers but has been growing a lot in team usage. Unlimited channels, Unlimited Voice, Webhooks to feed data/info into rooms, Permissions and user groups, Lots of bots and integrations, and **FREE** 2. **Clickup** *instead of trello/asana* Really great at setting up multiple types of lists and data - really this thing blew me away with what it can do when managing a project and team 3. **Jitsi** Free opensource video conferencing tool with all the normal features. Can install on your own server or use their hosted free rooms with the service https://meet.jit.si/”Have you had success with remote CTO or CMO?“I don't think it should be set as a priority. From my own experience of working with local and remote global teams is that communication is key. My strongest tips from what I have experienced: **Have daily meetings without an agenda** Say good morning, hi, how are you, how's the family, I saw a movie - Every Day It will take 5 minutes but provide a deeper connection between you and your team building a bond, emotional connection, and sense of reliability. **Share how you're feeling, regularly** This is not a set time but should occur regularly. Feeling frustrated at something, send them a message. Stress getting to you, give them a call. Need support, ASK. **Celebrate often** Every week you should celebrate something, even if its just that its one more week in your relationship. Celebrating and sharing joy provides a big boost in motivation and helps you realize the accomplishments your doing. 1 New newsletter sign up? Its Progress.... Celebrate it. **Dream Together** Regularly talk about your vision, how you think things will be in 1 year, 5 years - professionally and personally. The clearer you can see the future, the easier it will be to focus on getting there. If you only focus at your feet (where you are now) you won't see the tree that you're about to walk into on your path to success. P.S. I am a mindset coach so a lot of these things apply across life, not just founder relations.”
