Trust and protection of intellectual property when talking to others“@Brian Hello, I genuinely believe that if your idea is so easy to be copied then perhaps the idea is not that great I am afraid. If you are afraid talking about your project is because you are just not ready yet OR just do not how to execute it. I would say to prioritise the ones that can add value to your business and needs and filter but you will need to let the fear goes away and focus on the delivery side with the right people and they are good people that genuinely motivated and gifted ( I am tech recruiter) you just have to give it your best shoot and shock everyone else! Happy week to EvErYoNe! Akel”
