About

I have taken my company from a very small sole trader, gone through incorporation, picked up a business partner and now generate a very healthy turnover.

The company now runs very smoothly, and I have time available to work on new projects.

I've been advertising for a Sales Manager but the response rate is low, how can I improve it?“The biggest question is where are you being seen? Find out where sales reps look to find new jobs and place an ad in the right place. If you are offering 10k more than your competitors then I would suggest head hunting. Find candidates that you believe would be a perfect fit within your company. I have had great success doing this on LinkedIn.”
