Which on do you prefer for you Co-Founder?“I would choose someone I just met and hire a good lawyer to draft the contracts. In the past I worked with close friends but in those cases the professionalism is often lost. Especially when you have an unskilled person, it can negatively affect your relationship in the long run. On the other hand, having someone you just met with the right skillset can put your business on the fast track. You don’t have to trust them, you have to trust yourself that you mitigated the risks with your actions, most effectively with contracts.”
