About

I've been founding, managing, growing and selling businesses since the 1990s. In that journey, I've made many mistakes - some almost cost my life! I've learned a lot from them and found success because of them.
Sold my profitable leadership development company in 2020.

Since then, I've helped some business owner friends to restructure their operations and coached several startup companies on behalf of a venture capital firm.

I'm looking for an exciting and high-potential startup to invest all of my business experiences, unique strengths and wide-ranging capabilities to make it another business success story!

My time commitment depends on the role I'll be playing and partnership agreement.

Pros & Cons of bringing another person into the mix“You have a very valid concern! Adding the right partner into the mix is definitely a tricky thing to do well. I've some good and bad experiences in my businesses over the last 20 years! So the question is always...why do you need an additional partner? What gap(s) would you want this person to fill? What are the main requirements in this role(s)? Then you'll need to consider whether this new partner can fit into the culture of your organisation. Even a 2-person organisation has a corporate culture, in case you don't already know! I use several approaches and tools to help me make a more informed decision to select the right partner or even a new recruit to my team. This is not cheap but definitely worth the money I invest because the synergistic balance of the people in my organisation is priceless!”Hi, how do i budget my startup project if i have 0 money, but very good idea.“My FIRST question to you is...how do you know that you have a very good startup idea that will explode? What evidences have you collected to proof that? What test did you run on your startup idea? What's the potential of your idea, given the existing and future competition in the market that your future product would serve? My SECOND question is...what do you mean when you say "I'm new in this world?" Did you come from another planet? Or did you mean you lack business experience? My THIRD question to you is... who told you that you need money to start working on an idea? There are many things you can do by yourself that doesn't involve money. My humble advice to you is to learn as much as you can about business before you even think of capital raising. Based on my own business experience of over 20 years, capital raising is one of the easiest things to do when your business plan is well executed.”
