With skills as a data scientist, data strategist, data visualisation expert and software engineer I am highly motivated, technically diverse and solutions oriented. My experience is mostly in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure and transportation both as a business owner and within large global organisations, reporting to the executive. Ethically, my focus is around environmental sustainability and equality of opportunity. I'm a technologist at heart, who believes there is no problem which can't be solved through technology.

Merit is a product delivery framework, for organisations, that provides tools for all standard functions of an organisation, helping to reduce operational costs and increase output.

At its core, Merit is a graph-based technology, like Facebook, ChatGPT, or the Internet. However, instead of focusing on people (Facebook) or websites (the Internet), Merit maps steps in the product delivery process to form a comprehensive understanding of product delivery eco-systems.

Using this foundation, Merit offers a range of interconnected tools, including project management, business intelligence (BI), process mapping, document management & control, knowledge management, and more.

As projects are executed and data is aggregated, Merit identifies and visualises patterns of success—such as which teams, tools, or processes perform best under specific conditions. This insight enables automated, data-driven decision-making for future projects, reducing reliance on trial-and-error and driving continuous improvement.

Merit’s tools derive their strength from its graph-based understanding of processes, ensuring they are contextually aware and seamlessly interconnected. This avoids the fragmentation seen in traditional software suites, creating a unified and adaptive operational framework.
