I’d make a strong co-founder because I already operate like one, not just an idea person. I’ve built and launched real products, handled branding, manufacturing, content, and distribution, and I focus heavily on execution. My biggest edge is distribution—especially TikTok, UGC, hooks, angle testing, and creator systems—which is one of the hardest problems for early startups. I think in systems, not one-off wins, building scalable frameworks like incentive structures, referral loops, and automation. I’m resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable testing, pivoting, and moving fast without relying on paid ads. I’ve also managed creators, editors, and communities, which means I know how to align people toward a shared goal. Overall, I reduce execution, distribution, and speed risk, which are the biggest reasons startups fail, making me a reliable and high-leverage co-founder.
